Hello I'm Erika Zimmerman.

I've been a personal trainer for 25+ years. It has a been a great pleasure to help people with their health and fitness goals in my local area of Bradenton and Sarasota, FL.

My clients range from all ages. From mid to late 20's all the way to elderly couples in their 80's. I've helped Mom's regain their health after pregnancy, helped women who made come backs in their lives after devistating divorces, helped men and women recover from injuries and surgeries and helped several elderly clients regain full-body motion and healthy lifestyle from rapid aging and lack of activity in their lives.

It's a blessing to have the opportunity to touch people's lives and see their progress in health, fitness, physical activity and overall state of mind.

I'm still training clients in person, one on one and remotely via video sessions.

With the encouragement of friends and a long list of several clients, I'm brining my training online.

My Intentions with my Site and Fitness Platform:

1. To create communities on my own platform so all members feel safe and comfortable sharing with the support of each other and myself.

2. I plan to create video courses for what ever my members would like to have available.

3. I plan to make available time for those who would like to book One On One Remote Video Sessions

4. I intend to listen to my members and provide education, videos, community support and tools for your development and progress.

5. And for my personal goal of giving back to a community that's dear to my heart, I am creating a special community for clients with MD and support the MDA.
